About the Investment
Gamma is a new office-service-and conference complex which will come into existence in No 6-8, Fabryczna Street in Wrocław, which is the most dynamically developing business district of Wrocław.
We plan the realization of about 13 700 square meters of the usable space destined mainly to the office function. The executive entrance will be situated at the ground floor from the Fabryczna Street together with the Reception of the building. The hall of the building will at the same time be the place where the supplementary additional services such as restaurant, nursery school, cash machine, conference rooms available for certain hours, will be located, as well as the centre of the tenant’s services offering such variety of services as the courier services, post office, catering, laundry, etc.
There will be situated a 313-positions underground parking and there will be additionally 14 car positions available outside the building.
The building is distinguished by its unique architecture; its geometrical shape refers to the triangular shape of the plot of land on which it is situated and it makes a combination of three wings of the height of 25 meters converging at the inside, making in that way the shape of an airscrew. Such arrangement of the buildings allows to receive the office tracts which are brightly lit with the daylight thus enabling their multi-variant arrangements. The shape of an airscrew allows the building to inscribe into the industrial tradition of the district.
The building was designed by APA Markowski Design Office, selected in the course of the competition.
